David Altman is a partner at Altman & Altman LLP, which is located at 689 Massachusetts Avenue, Cambridge, MA 02139. Mr. Altman is a 1995 graduate of Suffolk University and a 1998 graduate of Suffolk University School of Law. He is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Mr. Altman’s practice focuses on the handling of civil and criminal matters. He has handled hundreds of civil litigation matters, including wrongful death claims, construction site accidents, medical device defects, medical malpractice, motor vehicle accidents, trucking accidents, serious injury claims, MBTA claims, workers compensation claims, slip and fall claims, and numerous other personal injury matters.

In addition, Attorney Altman has overseen the defense of numerous misdemeanor and felony criminal matters, including, armed robbery, robbery, aggravated robbery, burglary, manslaughter, homicide, assault and battery, narcotics possession, distribution and trafficking charges, drunk driving, driving under the influence of alcohol, white collar crimes and numerous other criminal matters.
