In our fifty plus years handling personal injury cases, this is the one question we are asked more than any other. The short answer is that it’s impossible to say. The longer answer is that it involves a number of factors, such as the impact of the collision, the severity of the injury, the amount of the medical bills, the period of disability, the amount of lost wages, and how confident we feel about the liability picture. Establishing the value of any case involves analyzing all of these factors and applying our experience to determine what we believe is fair value. In all cases, any decisions about whether to accept an offer or what constitutes fair value for an injury is the client’s to make. We will simply give advice on what we believe is best.
