Richard J. Floor

Richard J. Floor is a Civil Litigation Attorney at Altman & Altman, LLP. He also serves as the Director of Recruitment at the Firm. Attorney Floor received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Boston College in 2006 and his Juris Doctorate from Villanova School of Law in 2009. Mr. Floor is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Mr. Floor’s practice focuses on the handling of civil and criminal matters. He has handled numerous civil litigation matters including automobile accidents, MBTA accidents, motorcycle accidents, dog bites, medical malpractice, pedestrian accidents, slip and fall accidents, premises liability, products liability, and work injuries.

Attorney Floor is actively involved in local politics. In 2009, he played an integral role in a campaign for the Massachusetts State Senate. He has volunteered his time on numerous other local political campaigns and interned at the Massachusetts State House.

Attorney Floor is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and the Boston Bar Association.
