The summer associate program is one of our primary methods of attorney recruitment. Each summer, we hire small number of summer associates to give a high level of personal attention to each student. The attorneys who administer the program are not overwhelmed with a large number of summer associates, thus enabling them to devote more time, attention and mentoring to each summer associate. As a result, our summer associates get significant hands on work. Additionally, we strive to ensure that each summer associate attends trials, depositions, oral arguments, business/real estate closings, client meetings, etc.
